Job Description
We invite you to join our team at ORT HIRES in the role of Hotel Reservation Agent. In this position, you will manage inbound and outbound calls for hotel reservations. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with booking, modifying, or canceling reservations, as well as providing information on room availability and pricing.
No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. A high school diploma is preferred. Enjoy weekends off while working weekdays in a supportive and collaborative environment.
