Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Hotel Reservation Agent to join our team at SapientBPO MAKATI. You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues to ensure satisfaction, and maintain accurate records.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries.
- Resolve issues for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate.
- Good Communication Skills.
- 6 months of BPO experience or a College graduate.
