Job Description

Sapient is looking for dedicated Hotel Reservation Specialist to join our team. This is for urgent hiring, submit your application now.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations from customers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel availability, rates, amenities, and policies.
  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
