Job Description
Teleservices Jobs Pro PH is looking for experienced Online Assistants to enhance our Hotel Reservation team. This full-time, non-voice position involves providing support to customers via chat and email concerning hotel bookings, modifications, and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle hotel reservation queries and confirmations.
– Provide accurate information regarding room availability and pricing.
– Uphold exceptional customer service standards.
