Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their banking and finance inquiries.
- Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 1 year of BPO experience (any account accepted)
