Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company protocols and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through one-call resolution.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting as necessary.
Qualifications:
- BPO experience is not a requirement.
- High School Diploma (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Skilled in multitasking and task organization.
Monthly salary ranges from Php20,00.00 to Php30,00.00.
