Job Description
BPO Caldwell Ph Hub is actively seeking motivated individuals to become Hotel Reservation Specialists. Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard operations and procedures.
- Identify and escalate priority issues in accordance with client standards.

Qualifications:
- No prior BPO experience is required.
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or ALS Graduate.
