Job Description
BPOCaldwell Insights is actively seeking committed individuals to fill the position of Hotel Reservation Specialist. We offer an exceptional benefits package, which includes a competitive salary, HMO with free dependent coverage from day one, and a 13th-month pay bonus.
Your role will involve responding to phone inquiries from clients, managing emails and faxes to address customer requests, resolving issues through effective communication, and collecting essential information.
We encourage applications from college graduates, high school graduates with BPO experience, and those possessing outstanding English communication skills. This position requires onsite work, and we prefer candidates residing within a 25km to 35km radius.
