Job Description
BPO Caldwell Tech Global is seeking a dedicated Hotel Reservation Specialist to join our team. As a Hotel Reservation Specialist, your responsibilities will include following standardized operations, ensuring one-call resolution, and basic troubleshooting. We welcome applicants with or without BPO experience who possess excellent communication skills and can prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a full-time position with varied shift schedules available. Work location is on-site.
