Job Description
BPO Caldwell Tech Global is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual for the role of Hotel Reservation Specialist. In this position, you will effectively manage email and chat communications to assist our customers with their hotel reservations promptly and professionally.

Qualifications: High School or ALS Graduate with excellent communication skills. BPO experience is not required.
