Job Description
Join our team at PH Tech Caldwell Global as a Hotel Reservation Specialist! We offer an industry-leading benefits package that includes a competitive salary of Php20,00.00 – Php29,00.00 per month, health insurance, paid training, and opportunities for promotion. Our shift schedule includes day, mid, and night shifts.
As a specialist, your responsibilities will include following procedures, resolving customer issues, and performing basic troubleshooting. We welcome candidates with or without BPO experience who are at least high school graduates. Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities are essential.
