Job Description
Join SGS – Sapient Global Services in Makati as a Hotel Reservation Specialist. We are looking for candidates with good English communication skills, including high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/senior high school graduates. Candidates must be willing to start ASAP and work on-site in a shifting schedule.
In this role, you’ll manage inbound and outbound calls related to our retail products, assist customers with orders, provide product information, and resolve complaints professionally. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month. Benefits include health and life insurance, flexible schedules, and opportunities for promotion.
