Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional assistance to clients over the phone and deliver key information.
- Manage inquiries through mail and the internet for customer support.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Open to college graduates; no previous experience required.
- High school graduates with BPO experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite within a 25-35 km radius.
