Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established processes and procedures.
- Redirect and escalate priority issues as needed.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through effective one-call resolutions.
- Offer basic troubleshooting support.
Qualifications:
- BPO experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- High School diploma or ALS graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
