Job Description
TeleCaldwell Careers is thrilled to announce openings for the position of Hotel Reservation Specialist, applicable to both Voice and Non-Voice accounts. As a Hotel Reservation Specialist, your duties will include adhering to standard operating procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction, performing basic troubleshooting, and promptly escalating priority issues as needed.
We invite applications from individuals with or without BPO experience, provided you hold a High School diploma or ALS Graduate status and possess excellent communication skills. Flexible work schedules are available, including day, mid, and night shifts.
