Job Description

We are continuously looking for candidates to join our team at Caldwell BPO – Central Luzon.

Accounts that we can offer include Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible, without transferring the caller.
  • Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
  • Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in.
  • Share specific information with internal and external clients, as well as with colleagues.
