Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to hotel reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth booking experience for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Modify, cancel, or update reservations based on customer requests and hotel policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying the root cause, offering solutions, and escalating when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to upsell based on customer preferences and needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and industry trends.
