Qualifications:
- Below 2nd year College Completed: At least 1 Year BPO Experience
- College Graduate: No BPO Experience Required
- Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
- Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule
- Willing to work for Full-time job
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, reservation details, and payment transactions in the reservation system for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Follow up with customers post-booking to confirm reservation details, address any additional requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional hotel services, such as dining reservations, spa treatments, or local tours, to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Handle incoming reservation requests from customers via phone, email, or chat, and process bookings accurately according to customer preferences, availability, and pricing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
