Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to Php 25,00 monthly. We are mass hiring for Hotel Reservations Agents at our Metro sites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Assist customers with reservations in accordance with hotel policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reservation issues.
- Promote special deals and room upgrades.
- Provide feedback for process improvements for better customer experience.
