Position Overview:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hotel reservations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth booking experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Modify, cancel, or update reservations based on customer requests.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and promotions.
