Position Overview:
In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls for hotel reservations, provide top-tier customer service, and ensure a seamless booking experience for clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Modify, cancel, or update reservations based on customer requests and hotel policies.
- Resolve customer complaints, offer solutions, and escalate as needed.
- Identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs.
- Maintain updated knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and industry trends.
