Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries on Telco products.
- Ensure call handling quality and efficiency.
- Achieve targets and support team success.
Qualifications:
- High School/College graduates welcome.
- 1 month BPO experience preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
