We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Reservations Specialist to manage bookings, guest inquiries, and room inventory across multiple channels. The role includes processing reservations, coordinating with front desk and housekeeping, updating availability, ensuring accurate billing, and resolving guest concerns promptly.
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel reservations or customer service
- Proficient computer skills; familiarity with PMS/OTA systems preferred
- Excellent English communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to work shifts
- Requires teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and a guest-centric attitude
