Position Overview:
As a Hotel Reservations Specialist, you will handle inbound and outbound calls related to hotel reservations, ensuring excellent customer service and a smooth booking experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information about hotel rates and policies.
- Process reservations efficiently and resolve issues.
