Job Description
We seek a results-driven Lead Sales Executive to drive room, banquet, and events revenue. You will manage corporate, group, and event accounts; conduct sales calls and site inspections; coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and Operations; prepare reports and revenue forecasts; and monitor Philippine market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years hotel sales experience in the Philippines; supervisory experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Filipino; strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office; flexible hours
- Full-time, on-site position
