Job Description:
To supervise the effective and efficient delivery of hotel products and services in line with guest expectations and established standards.
Functional / Technical Competencies:
– Maintaining Guest Relations
– Providing Accommodation Reception Service
– Performing Housekeeping Services
– Providing Food and Beverage
– Monitoring Asset Repairs and Maintenance
Minimum Job Specifications:
– College graduate or with extensive years of experience in the Hotel industry
– At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor in a hotel or service-oriented organization
