Job Description
Job Summary:
The Team Leader – Housekeeping is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall maintenance of the facility. This role involves managing daily housekeeping operations, training staff, inspecting work areas, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Team Leader plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in a hotel, resort, or large facility is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary
