Requirements:
- Efficient time management
- Experience as janitor/Utility worker/Maintenance with COE
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Complete documentation
- Lifting capability of at least 25 pounds
- Basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
- High school diploma
- Dedicated and hard worker
