JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Housekeeping Leadman to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer service at DSG SONS GROUP, INC. (Gaisano Malls). The ideal candidate will organize employee shifts, train and motivate team members, and maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include training housekeepers, scheduling shifts, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
JOB SPECIFICATION: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience.
