Job Description
Maganda Hotel in San Fernando is currently seeking a committed and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will conduct routine inspections of check-out rooms, perform spot checks on occupied rooms, report any maintenance issues, inspect service areas, and oversee deep cleaning projects.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and training Room Attendants to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a hotel housekeeping supervisory role.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Starting at Php260,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training, 13th-month salary, overtime pay, and tips.
Schedule: 8-hour day shift.
