Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department.
Your main duties will include supervising and training housekeeping staff, ensuring that rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, and managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. You will also be responsible for creating work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all cleaning procedures are followed.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail. You should also have knowledge of cleaning products and techniques, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.
