Job Description
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in housekeeping, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with housekeeping equipment, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols.
- Must reside near Brgy. Hugom, San Juan Laiya, Batangas, or be willing to stay in.
