Job Description
* Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed.
* Checks and maintains supplies.
* Inspects rooms; orders supplies according to a budget.
* Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services.
* Ensures that all areas are kept clean and free from hazards.
* Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff.
* Assists guests, clients, or organizers with questions and basic requests.
* Provides a high level of customer service at all times and remains professional.
* Provides progress reports and addresses issues in a timely manner.
* Understands the principles of excellent customer service.
