Job Description
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee and direct the cleaning activities within a hotel or other establishment. Your responsibilities include assigning tasks to housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms to ensure cleanliness standards are met, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
You will also train new employees, schedule shifts, and handle any guest complaints related to housekeeping. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
