Job Description
Our company, MFD-REIGN PRIME FOODS CORP., is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Staff to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various HR functions including:
- Government Statutory Benefits (SS, Philhealth, and PagIBIG)
- Experience in preparing collection lists, handling payments, and facilitating postings
- Knowledge in processing employees’ government benefits such as sickness, maternity, salary, and multipurpose loans
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle employee benefit queries
- Ability to liaise with government agencies
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Coordinate HR projects and take minutes
- Perform any other necessary duties
Location: MFD Reign Enterprise Outlet, Purok 26 Ma-a Riverside, Bypass Road, Davao City (Infront of Safecon Ma-a & beside Sea Oil Gas Station).
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
Ability to Commute: Davao City (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Davao City – Relocate before starting work (Required)
