Job Description
As an HR Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. Duties include maintaining employee records, processing payroll, coordinating training programs, and assisting in recruitment processes.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations by handling confidential information with discretion, organizing HR-related documents, and assisting in employee relations activities.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work well in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and a basic understanding of HR practices are preferred.
