Job Description
– Graduate of Bachelor of Science major in Human Resource Development Management (preferably)
– With 2 to 3 years of experience as HR Assistant is a plus.
– Has knowledge or experience in payroll practices.
– Has a full understanding of HR functions and practices.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Works under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
– Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
– Organized and with time management skills.
– Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
– Keen to detail.
– Team player.
– Ability to follow instructions.
– Willing to work in Merville Paranaque.
– Can start immediately.
