Job Description
JOB TITLE: Admin Assistant
Department/Section: Human Resource
Reports to: HR Manager
BASIC PURPOSE: Admin Assistant responsible for monitoring and processing clearances, debit memos, payments for globe billing, ATM enrollments, and EPO Monitoring.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing and routing clearances for employees.
- Endorsing clearances for indirect employees to their employers.
- Monitoring debit memos for resigned employees.
- Coordinating globe billing payment concerns.
- Processing ATM applications and EPO forms.
- Other assigned tasks as needed.
Minimum Education: BS in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related.
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months, Retail Industry background preferred.
Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications
- Leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Additional Requirements:
- Equipment Used: Computer, Fax machine, Photocopying machine
- Working Environment: Office-based
- Contacts: Internal – Department Managers, CEO, External – Service Providers
