Job Description
Overview:
Seeking a dynamic leader to oversee HR and administrative functions. Must have strong HR management experience and strategic mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in PSYCHOLOGY or relevant field; master’s preferred
- Minimum 10 years in HR, preferably in engineering consultancy

- Expertise in labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building
- Strategic thinker aligned with business goals
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Handle employee relations issues
- Coordinate administrative procedures
- Execute talent strategy and manage recruitment
- Advise on compensation and benefits
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Organize training and oversee performance appraisals
- Manage office facilities and vendor relationships
