Job Description
Manages various HR and administrative tasks including contracts, disciplinary actions, leave validation, and documentation for construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or relevant Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Pro-active and capable of multi-tasking
- Willingness to be trained
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR
Job Description:
- Assist in recruitment for workers
- Process clearances and completion for workers
- Preparation of Quitclaim and printing payslips
- Monitoring attendance and endorsing memo issuances
- Compiling and updating employee records
- Handling cash advance, petty cash, and reimbursements
- Liaison works (permits, billings)
- Perform assigned tasks as necessary
