Job Description
The HRD/Admin Officer is responsible for HR/Admin functions such as recruitment, timekeeping, benefits administration, and record management. They will also assist in the administration of personnel policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Psychology or other related courses
- With pleasing personality and can work with minimal supervision
- Good in verbal and written communication
- Proficient in computer skills
- Flexible and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Benefits:
- Promotion to permanent employee
- Staff meals provided
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime may be required
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
