Job Description
Schedule: Monday to Friday. During Busy Season: Monday to Saturday (Sat until 3 PM only)

Admin Functions
- Office Management: Overseeing daily operations for a productive work environment
- Administrative Support: Handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing calendars
- Record Keeping: Organizing company documents physically and digitally
- Budget Management: Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring expenses
- Facility Management: Ensuring well-maintained office premises with necessary supplies
- Communication: Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communications
HR Functions
- Recruitment and Staffing
- Employee Relations
- Training and Development
- Performance Management
- Compliance and Policies
- Benefits Administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an HR/Admin Officer or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month

Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary, Performance bonus
