Job Description
We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as an HR/Admin Officer. This role offers a chance to expand skills and be part of a dynamic HR Department with ample learning opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Skills required: computer literacy, strong communication, and quick learning ability
- Hardworking, innovative, and open to exploring new sourcing methods
- Highly organized, willing to travel, and maintains a professional attitude
Job Summary:
- Provide admin support for HR Department
- Maintain records and prepare company documentation
- Assist in policy updates and enforcement
- Coordinate with Recruitment for deployment processes
- Organize employee orientation and onboarding
