Job Description
The HR Admin Personnel will handle various administrative tasks to support HR functions at Revtrapro Inc. Responsibilities include maintaining records, managing documents, and aiding in recruitment processes. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and adept at handling confidential information.
Job Description:
- Track employee training progress and performance
- Coordinate training programs
- Maintain employee records accurately
- Conduct interviews and onboarding
- Provide administrative support
- Identify HR-related risks
- Other assigned duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- Good office administration understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php18,00.00 per month
