Job Description
General Responsibilities:
- Monitoring attendance, leaves, official trips, & employee travels
- Facilitating logistical requirements of trainings, events, & engagements
- Routing company memoranda/announcements
- Documenting & safekeeping company assets
- Processing government benefits, HMO, & insurance enrollment
- Facilitating administrative functions & organizing company events
Qualifications:
- College Degree in Business Admin, HRM, Psychology or related field
- Exposure to Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Immediate availability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
