Job Overview:
The HR/Admin Staff will be responsible for daily administrative and HR tasks, including payslip preparation, filing, documentation, and assisting new and subcontracted staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Ad, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR, administration, clerical, or similar role
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office tools (Word and Excel)
- Highly competitive, self-starter who is organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to start working as soon as possible
- Preferably located in Makati or nearby cities
Other Details:
- Flexible Day Shift (Starts at 8 AM or 9 AM with a 15-minute grace period)
