Job Description
1. Monitoring of company uniforms, sanitary, and office supplies
2. Issue Office & Sanitary Supplies daily and prepare purchase request order every end of the month for next month’s supplies
3. Assist employees concern of basic computer problems and contact 3rd party technician if necessary
4. Process zone entry pass for guests, visitors, applicants, and the like
5. Responsible for Japanese food and payment
6. Assist immediate superior and General Manager’s requests
7. Monitor and check facility, CR, and other areas
8. Responsible to update the bulletin board for incoming and outgoing Japanese
9. Examine building interior and exterior to determine repairs and maintenance needed and report to an immediate superior if needed
10. Monitor locker room facilities
11. Monitor driver trips and gasoline requests
12. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the entire company both inside and perimeter areas
13. In charge of recording daily attendance including monitoring of absences and overtime
14. Prepare all daily guards’ report forms
15. Compute employees’ sickness and maternity benefits
16. Administer applicants’ examination and endorse HR supervisor for an interview
17. Schedule applicants’ interview and examination
18. Prepare Job Offer, Job Description, and Employment Contract
19. Responsible for applicant’s hiring requirements prior to intake date
20. Monitor timely placement of employees
21. Assist in the request of employees regarding Company issuance of uniforms
22. Perform all functions that may be assigned by immediate superior and General Manager
