Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests/visitors and direct them to the appropriate person and office.
- Handles telephone operations, such as answering and referring inquiries.
- Receives, sorts, and properly distributes mail to the concerned department.
- Assist in recruitment processes.
- Encoding employee vacation leave to the HRIS.
- Enroll newly hired employees to the BIR (1902).
- Oversee the performance of housekeeping personnel to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facilities.
- Handles reservations for HR-accountable equipment.
