Job Description
Join the RD PAWNSHOP, INC. team as an HR Admin Staff and contribute significantly to our human resource acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for screening applications, facilitating the hiring process, and managing employee documentation.
We are seeking candidates with a degree in Psychology, HR Management, or a related field, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, excellent time management, and strong English communication abilities.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Davao City. We provide a supportive work environment and offer a 13th-month salary as part of our benefits.
