Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct orientation for newly hired employees.
- Implement rules and regulations.
- Oversee the company’s compensation and benefits.
- Handle POEA concerns.
- Manage employees.
Qualifications:
- A college graduate of Psychology or Business Administration or any related courses.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in all facets of HR and Admin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR functions in a corporate setting.
- Preferably with ISO accreditation knowledge.
- Willingness to work long hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting from Php20,00.00 per month
